🚚 Delivery & Shipping

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. No minimum spend required.

Do you ship to Ireland?

Yes, we ship to both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for a flat rate of £12.99. Please note that free UK delivery does not apply to Irish orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. During busy periods (launches or sales) dispatch may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order is dispatched. Track your parcel at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

How do I return an item?

Pop your order number and name inside the parcel and send it to:

Please use a tracked postal service so your return is protected.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes! We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability. You'll need to cover the return postage, and we'll cover the cost of sending your replacement out to you.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

Email us at info@gymstuffplus.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it straight away.

What is the GSP Sports Bra Promise?

We want you to feel fully supported — literally! If your sports bra isn't the right fit, it's a quibble-free, no questions asked return — as long as the item is in new condition. Just get in touch and we'll provide a free return label so you can send it back at no cost to you. Contact us at info@gymstuffplus.com and we'll take care of you.
