🔁 Returns Policy

At Gym Stuff Plus, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your kit.
If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

📦 Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund — as long as it’s:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • With all original packaging

We don’t accept returns on items that show signs of wear, deodorant, makeup, or damage.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error.

🔄 Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we’re happy to offer an exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • You’ll be responsible for return postage.

  • We’ll cover the cost of sending your replacement item.

Once your original item has been received and checked, we’ll dispatch your replacement.

Please include your order number and name inside the parcel so we can process your return quickly. Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. We can't be responsible for lost items so please keep your proof of postage.

💷 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 working days for it to appear in your account.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email info@gymstuffplus.com within 7 days and we’ll put it right.
