At Gym Stuff Plus, we keep things simple and honest — no hidden extras, no confusing fine print.

🚚 Delivery Service

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48-hour service.
This means your parcel should arrive within 2–3 working days once it’s been dispatched.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way — so make sure you provide a valid email address at checkout.

⏰ Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods (like launches or sales), this may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

💌 Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll get an email from us with your Royal Mail tracking number.
You can follow your parcel’s journey at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

📍 Shipping Area

We ship to all UK addresses. We also ship to Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland) for a flat rate of £12.99. Please note that free UK delivery does not apply to Irish orders. If you'd like us to expand to other international destinations, let us know - we're working on it!

❗Missed Deliveries

If Royal Mail can’t deliver your parcel, they’ll leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local delivery office.
