Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love every wear.

• Manufacturing defects (e.g. unattached seams, elastic not secured) reported within 30 days of delivery will be replaced or refunded in full, no questions asked.
• Faults reported within 6 months will be assessed individually - we'll always try to find a fair resolution.
• General wear and tear from regular use and washing is expected over time and falls outside our returns policy. Following our care instructions will help maximise the lifespan of your garment.

How to Return an Item

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please include your order number and name inside the parcel so we can process it quickly.

Please note: We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Sports Bra Care Instructions

To keep your Gym Stuff Plus sports bra performing at its best:

• 🧺 Machine wash cold (30°C max) in a lingerie bag
• 🚫 Do not tumble dry - lay flat or hang to dry
• 🚫 Do not iron or dry clean
• 🚫 Avoid fabric softener - it breaks down elastic fibres over time
• 💧 Rinse promptly after sweaty workouts to preserve elasticity
• 👙 Rotate between bras to reduce wear on any single garment

Proper care significantly extends the life of your sports bra.

A Note on Plus-Size Active Wear

Our sports bras are designed for plus-size bodies and high-impact activity. For best results and longevity, we recommend rotating between multiple bras, washing after every 1–2 wears, and always following the care instructions above. Higher-impact use will naturally result in more wear over time.
